Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a decent stay at the resort with nice amenities but faced some issues that prevented it from being a stellar experience. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, making it great for my family. We loved the pool area, but it was quite crowded on the weekends. The service could definitely use improvements as housekeeping didn't respect our privacy, and the extra charges were a bit frustrating.
The resort offers spacious rooms and a nice layout, but some of the amenities and services were lacking. While it has direct access to the thermal park, there's no price reduction for guests. I enjoyed my stay overall, but there are areas for improvement, especially considering the added service fees.
I have mixed feelings about this resort. On one hand, the spacious room layout was a nice touch, divided into a bedroom, living room, and bathroom. On the other hand, some of the amenities fell short, like the poorly functioning TV and a rather disappointing service experience. The location is convenient for park access, but don't expect any discounts. Overall, while there are bright spots, I wouldn't rate it as a true luxury resort.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were quite spacious and divided nicely, the service was lacking in attentiveness. The location was decent with access to the thermal park, though it didn't quite feel like a 'resort' as expected. The amenities like the pool were enjoyable, but there were extra charges for basic items that seemed unnecessary.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. On the bright side, I found the rooms spacious and comfortable, which was great for my family. The location is a plus, especially with easy access to the water park. However, I was disappointed by the lack of discount for park tickets despite having a private entrance, and the service could use improvement.
